Compensation Plan and Commission Checks
Commission checks are mailed on the 15th of every month for the previous month commission. For example: Commission & Bonuses earned in July will be paid on August 15th. When the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday we reserve the right to mail commission checks on the following business day. OR, you may sign-up for "Direct Deposit" on your FreeLife personal website.
For reasons of confidentiality we do not give out check information over the phone. You may view your commission check statement online beginning on the 15th of the month. When the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday you may not be able to view this information until the following business day.

How do I qualify for a pay title?
All Marketing Executives receive a Business Kit with their first order which contains valuable information and business tools to get you started in your FreeLife Business. Marketing Executives may request to have their Business Kit mailed to them separately for a shipping charge of $4.95 if they do not wish to place an order when they enroll.
In the Business Kit you will find FreeLife's Compensation Plan which explains each of the 10 Ways to Earn Income and also what is needed to meet the qualifications at each pay title. The Compensation Plan is also available to you online (see instructions below).
Marketing Executives can also ask their enroller and upline leaders for guidance on how to qualify and how to maximize their earning potential. Many leaders conduct regular training meetings and offer weekly or bi-weekly conference calls to assist new enrollments. There is a lot to learn so take advantage of the training provided by your leadership team. If you have a specific question you may also call Customer Service for assistance. Our associates will not be able to explain the entire Compensation Plan to you during a phone call but they will be able to answer a specific question and can also tell how to contact your immediate upline for additional help. Why am I not getting paid on full volume?
Fast Start Bonus: When you enroll a new Marketing Executive, during their first two months in FreeLife, level overrides (of 1% & 5%) on their first 100 points are not paid upline because during this time period these points are paid out in a Fast Start Bonus.
Product Rebate: Whenever a Product Rebate is paid the points on which the rebate is paid are adjusted by 50% before being paid upline in level overrides of 1% & 5%. When a Marketing Executive does not qualify to collect a Product Rebate, because they are not on the Advantage Customer Program at the 100 point level (AC100), these points are paid upline at the full amount.
Matching Bonus: If a Marketing Executives level overrides are adjusted to comply with Policy 48 (Leadership Performance) their enroller will not earn a Matching Bonus on overrides that are withheld.
Note: In Policy 48 (Leadership Performance) it states that Marketing Executives who have been involved with FreeLife for more than one year are held to higher leadership standard. Therefore they may become subject to an earnings adjustment affecting their Fast Start Bonus, 10-level overrides and Matching Bonus. See Policy 48 for details.

Who can explain the Compensation Plan to me?
Marketing Executives should read the FreeLife Compensation Plan that is included with their Business Kit and is also available online. We suggest writing down any questions you may have in order to review these areas of the Compensation Plan with your enroller and/or upline leaders. Many leaders conduct regular training meetings and offer weekly or bi-weekly conference calls to assist new enrollments. There is a lot to learn so take advantage of the training provided by your Leadership Team. If you have a specific question you may call Customer Service for assistance. While our associates cannot explain the Compensation Plan in its entirety to you over the phone they can answer a specific question and tell you who to contact in your organization for additional help and support. The names and phone numbers of your upline genealogy (Leadership Support Team) are listed on every Commission Statement at the top of the first page and you should not hesitate to contact them for guidance and support.

Beginning at the Director I pay title Marketing Executives must meet both a volume and balance requirement to qualify for a specific pay title. For example, to qualify at Director I pay title the volume/balance requirement is 1500/900 and this means the Marketing Executive must have 1500 points (in their 10 level organization) using no more than 900 points from each sponsorship leg to reach this volume requirement. The Marketing Executives personal points count in this calculation (combination of their points and their customer points) and this is referred to as their personal leg.
Example:
Let's say Rick has 1500 points in his 10 level organization volume and it is divided as follows. Rick has 100 points in personal volume (his personal leg) and he also has 3 sponsorship legs. Leg A has 1000 points, Leg B has 200 points and Leg C has 200 points. When we add up the volume Rick has and the volume he can use for balance we see that while Rick has sufficient organization volume for Director I he does not meet the balance requirement and therefore he will not qualify a Director I pay title.

How do I get my down line back?
We will reinstate a group (one time only) upon written request and the placement of a 35-point order. The request should be sent by fax or to cs@freelife.com from the email address we have on file. It must be received before the last business day of the month. All requests received after the deadline must be submitted with 10-upline sponsor signature approval and still also require placement of a 35-point order to be considered.
Note: Outside the US a qualifying order is 100 points.

How do I change a sponsor or enroller?

Requirements & Procedures
I. Within the First 60 Days:
(A) If the enroller is also the sponsor, he/she may make a one-time sponsor transfer from their back office. The move cannot be beyond their 5th level and if the ME has 1500 in group volume the move is limited to their 3rd level. There is no charge for the first transfer.
How can I do a 60 day transfer on my website?
Completing a 60 Day Transfer request on your website is quite simple! This can be done as long as you are the Enroller of the person to be moved, and it is within 60 days of their application date. After logging into the My Account area of the website, click on My Tools from the left menu under the ME Services tab. Next, click on the 60 Day Sponsor Change link in the middle of the page. The Marketing Executives that qualify for a 60 Day Transfer will be displayed. Simply click on the person you would like to change and then select the new Sponsor from the list displayed. Click Sponsor Change Submit and you're done! To view your completed and pending Sponsor changes, simply go back into the 60 Day Sponsor Transfer link. Just remember, any changes made between the 1st and 15th of the month will show as pending until after the 15th
(B) If the enroller does not have computer access to their back office they may submit their request on a 60-Day Transfer Request form. The move cannot be beyond their 5th level and if the ME has more than 3000 in group volume the move is limited to their 3rd level. There is no charge for the first transfer.
(C) If the enroller is not the sponsor or wants to make a transfer beyond their 5th level or beyond their 3rd level if the Marketing Executive is being transferred has more than 3000 in group volume the enroller must submit their request on a Transfer Request Exception form which must include the signature approval of the Marketing Executive to be transferred and their 10-upline sponsor genealogy. There is no charge for the first transfer.
(D) If the request is to move a Marketing Executive to an entirely different organization (new sponsor & enroller) we require a completed Transfer Request Exception form be submitted which must include the signature approval of the Marketing Executive to be transferred, their 10-upline sponsor genealogy and 5-upline enroller genealogy. There is no charge for the first transfer.
II. After the First 60 Days
(A) The enroller or the account holder must submit their request on a Transfer Request Exception form and it must include the signature approval of the Marketing Executive to be transferred and their 10-upline sponsor genealogy. There is a $100 transfer fee.
Rules:
* No changes are made on the last business day of the month.
* Requests to place higher volume under lower volume will not be approved.
* Transfer approval may require us to set a benchmark on the account of the new sponsor or change his/her high title. We will review the current and previous month's group volume in making this determination and contact the enroller for written approval before processing the transfers.
Note: A benchmark or high title change is made when, as the result of a transfer, the new sponsor is in a position to advance in title due to the additional volume he/she would gain as a result of the transfer. When a benchmark is placed the new sponsor forfeits one or more Advancement Bonuses. Likewise, a change to their high title (beginning at the Ambassador title) could impact their contest qualifications and/or commission earnings on several bonus programs.

I. During the Enrollment Month
(A) To change the enroller in the enrollment month we require a written request and it must include the signature approval of the account holder and the current enroller.
II. After the Enrollment Month
(A) To change an enroller after the enrollment month and up to 90 days from the application date, we require a written request and it must include the signature approval of the account holder and their 5-upline enroller genealogy.
Rules:
* No enroller changes will be considered beyond 90 days from the application date.
* No enroller changes will be made on the last business day of the month.

When does my direct deposit commission show in my account?
The funds are sent on the 15th of the month and usually will take no more than 2 business days to be posted by the receiving banks to the account holder's account.

If I skip my Advantage order will I still be paid a commission?
While in a skip status Marketing Executives on the AC100 will still qualify to collect Fast Start Bonuses and a Product Rebate as long as they have 100 personal points by month-end. These 100 points can come from their personal orders (those placed on their account) and from their Customers points. Enrollment on the Advantage Customer Program at the AC100 program level is only a requirement to participate in the Fast Start Bonus and Product Rebate programs.

When can I view my commission statement online?
You can view your commission Statement online on the 15th of the month. Commission statements will be available for view and print for a period of six months.

Can I see earnings adjustments on my commission statement?
Yes. They are listed on the last statement page under Miscellaneous Earnings and Adjustments.

Why do I not see all of my customers showing on my commission statement?
While customers are not listed individually on your statement their collective points are reflected there when you earn a Product Rebate. See Trimax Earnings Summary by Code on Page 1 of your statement.
Note: A 20% Product Rebate is paid to qualified Marketing Executives on their personal points over 100, which include their customer points. To qualify Marketing Executives must be on the Advantage Customer Program at the 100 point level (AC100).

We are always looking for better ways to assist you in your FreeLife business. Currently, we are working on a number of enhancements to be implemented over the coming months. We will keep you apprised of these enhancements through company field emails.

What are FreeLife points?
Every FreeLife product has a suggested retail price, a wholesale price, and a FreeLife point assignment. The FreeLife points are the number we use to calculate commissions paid on that product. Obviously, the greater the points you earn because of your marketing efforts and the actions of the Marketing Executives you’ve enrolled, the greater your compensation. The FreeLife point system allows us to keep our prices as cost effective as possible and still pay out generous commissions.

What’s new in the My Account area? Did anything change?
The ME Services area has been updated to the new My Account area. We think you will find this new section easy to navigate and full of useful information to help manage your FreeLife business. The Business Management System (BMS) reports are now available to all Marketing Executives for FREE, these Organizational reports are now centrally located under the My Reports link on the left menu. Other helpful information and links can be found on the left-side menu, as well.

Where did the ME Services link go?
The ME Services link has been replaced by the new My Account area. The features and services you had previously in ME Services can be found on the left menu in My Account. To access this area, click on My Account at the top of the page and log in.

Where can I find my Organizational reports?
After you log in to the My Account area, click on My Reports from the left menu. Here you will find essential Organizational reports, such as: My Sponsored Genealogy Report, My Personally Enrolled Marketing Executives Report, My Personally Enrolled Customers Report, Genealogy Report, My Organizational Advancements (formerly the Enrollment Genealogy Promotion Report), and more! We encourage you to visit the My Reports menu and get familiar with your Organizational reports.

BMS is no longer a pay subscription service – most of these features and reports are now FREE for all Marketing Executives!
The Enrollment Genealogy Promotion report, now called My Organizational Advancements, and the 4 New MEs / 100 Point Report are available in the My Account area under My Reports. In addition, the two Event Builder reports are located by clicking the My Event Reports link under the Events/Meetings tab on the left menu.

How do I enroll a Marketing Executive or Customer?
To enroll a new Marketing Executive or Customer, log in to the My Account area. Under the New Enrollments tab on the left menu, click Enroll A New Marketing Executive or Enroll A New Customer. Follow the instructions and fill out the necessary information. Remember: After you create their new account, you will be signed into FreeLife.com UNDER THE NEW ACCOUNT and no longer under your account. To proceed entering another new Marketing Executive or Customer and ensure that you are the Enroller on any future enrollments, please switch back to your account when you are finished. Click Sign Out at the top of the screen and then click Sign In or the My Account tab to log back in as yourself.

How do I enroll in the Advantage Customer Program (ACP)?
To enroll in our convenient, monthly ACP:
* Sign In (to the My Account area)
* Click on My Advantage Orders from the left menu
* Follow the instructions by choosing your program level (AC35 or AC100), product selection, pay method, and shipping address.
* Click Continue
* Review your order details and click Submit Advantage Order

How do I change my Advantage Customer Program (ACP) order?
To change your monthly ACP order:
* Log in to your FreeLife website and click on My Advantage Orders on the left menu
* Click on the Change My Adv Order button in the middle of the screen
* Select your shipping address and payment method (you can add a credit card using the link in this area)
* Select the products and quantities you would like
* Click Continue to proceed
* Review your changes and click the Submit Advantage Order button to confirm your changes or choose the Change Selection button if you want to make further changes
NOTE: You may also change your ACP level in this area using the “Change ACP Level” button.

How can I skip my Advantage Customer Program order for the month?
To skip your monthly automatic shipment:
* Log in to the My Account area
* Click on My Advantage Orders on the left menu
* Click on the Skip Order button and OK to confirm your skip
* Remember that your skip must be done before the 20th of the month.
* To cancel your skip and resume your Advantage Order, click the Resume Order button and click OK to confirm
You can skip as many months as you like, but you must have a qualifying order (35 points for the USA and 100 points for International) every other month to avoid losing your Organization.

How do I track my orders online?

In the lower left corner of this order details page, you will find a tracking number you can click on. If the link does not take you directly to the order tracking page on UPS.com, you can copy and paste the tracking number into the UPS page.

How do I change my account information, address, phone number, email address, credit cards, or other web information?
First, log in to the My Account area of FreeLife.com. Next, click My Profile Options on the left menu under the My Profile tab. From this page you can update your email address, password, phone numbers, addresses, credit cards, and website preferences. How can I complete a 60-Day Transfer on my website?
Completing a 60-Day Transfer request on your website is quite simple. This can be done as long as you are the Enroller of the person to be moved, and it is within 60 days of their application date. After logging in to the My Account area of the website, click on My Tools on the left menu under the ME Services tab. Next, click on the 60-Day Sponsor Change link in the middle of the page. The Marketing Executives who qualify for a 60-Day Transfer will be displayed. Simply click on the person you would like to change and then select the new Sponsor from the list displayed. Click Sponsor Change Submit and you're done! To view your completed and pending Sponsor changes, simply go back into the 60 Day Sponsor Transfer link. Just remember, any changes made between the 1st and 15th of the month will show as pending until after the 15th.

Where do I find the documents still required of me by FreeLife?
Missing documentation will be listed on the landing page of the new My Account area. To get there, click on My Account at the top of the page and log in. This will bring you to the landing page where you will see this information as well as notes, notices, and deadlines. If the display next to the corresponding document says "PLEASE SEND" we have not received that document. However, if there is a date listed, this means we have received and processed that corresponding document on that date.

How can I find out if any of my personally enrolled Marketing Executives have not submitted their paperwork?
Log into the My Account area and click on My Reports from the left menu. Next, click on ME Missing Paperwork near the bottom of the middle menu. This will display any of your personally enrolled Marketing Executives that have not yet submitted their paperwork.

I am having trouble accessing the My Account area. Why does my account page keep redirecting me back to the sign-in page?
If you are having trouble logging in to your website or there are features that do not seem to be functioning properly, you should delete your cookies. To do this, visit your Internet browser’s help link and type “delete cookies” in the search window. When you are done updating your cookies, please reboot your system and try to access your site again.
If this continues to happen, please try the following:
* Change your Privacy Settings to Medium (go to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy)
* Turn off your computer’s firewall to allow FreeLife access
* Turn off pop-up blockers
* If you still have a problem, you should call your Internet service provider for technical support; the problem may be related to how you have your Internet browser configured.
