When Ray Faltinsky was 15 years old, his life changed. He discovered that his mother, Martha, was ill with osteoporosis. Medical professionals advised that she would eventually be in a wheelchair. The Faltinsky family began to despair until Ray's older brother Ron, who was deeply involved in nutrition, made a special drink for Martha containing the nutrients vital to healthy bones. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a minor in Business Administration, from Central Connecticut State University. He is a Co-Founder of FreeLife International®. Since FreeLife's inception, Kevin has served in many different capacities, ranging from COO to being the Corporate Sales Leader.
Kevin was introduced to the Direct Sales industry in 1989. While he was a distributor for another company, he fell in love with the Direct Sales Industry but realized there were also some things that he didn’t agree with. He saw many people hurt by companies that went out of business. He saw people get hurt with compensation plans that required thousands of dollars of monthly qualifications just to earn a check. In 2004, Kevin became the President of FreeLife and has been instrumental in guiding FreeLife to record growth during that time. He possesses a unique skill set in that he has the organizational development and analytical skills required for his operational roles and also has excellent communication skills for his role as Co-Founder and Corporate Sales Leader.
